Third parties collecting Personal Information on Our behalf.

• Recruitment platforms and training schools. These third parties collect and transmit to Us information relating to Your applications for job vacancies with Us, including information about Your previous employment (CV, cover letter, salary expectations), Your contact details and identifiers (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number), Your academic information (level of education, academic background, academic results, study profile) as well as any other information You share in this context.
• Newsletter subscription management tools (Mailchimp). If You have agreed to subscribe to Our newsletter, Mailchimp collects and transmits to Us Your contact information and identifiers (last name, first name, e-mail address), as well as technical and numerical information concerning Your interactions with e-mails (IP address, links clicked, time and date of e-mail opening, number of openings, operating system of Your device and other software and hardware information). This third party also provides Us with information that You choose to transmit to Us, for example, when You reply to Our newsletter or contact one of Our employees.
• Customer relationship management and chat services (HubSpot). We use HubSpot for live chat on Our Website. • We use Metatracer on Our digital systems to facilitate the detection and management of Your Personal Information and that of Our employees, all to ensure Our compliance with privacy laws.

Metatracer collects, as Personal Information, only identifying information.

• We use Meta's services to share news about Our services with You and to facilitate exchanges with Our customers and prospects. For more information, please read Meta's privacy policy;
• We use the services of a specialized IT firm to manage Our infrastructure, provide technical assistance, and maintain the security of Our systems and access to Our services.
• We use billing software to manage customer files, track payments and issue invoices.
• We work with a marketing services provider to manage and create Our website, optimize the user experience and set up promotional campaigns.
• We share Your personal information with training schools or recruitment platforms to offer You professional development and placement services tailored to Your needs.

3.5.3 Communication outside Quebec

Disclosure of Personal Information Outside Quebec. We may communicate Your Personal Information outside of Quebec and mandate an entity located outside of Quebec to collect, use or retain Your Personal Information on Our behalf.
